Meet Our Staff

A full list of our staff, which Alhamdulillah exceeds 50.

Their qualifications and roles at the school are available on written request from the school office.

This includes:

The administration team consists of: Mrs Salma Anwar , Mrs Sadaf Tanweer, and Mrs Hafsa Abur-Rahman Mrs T Jameel.

Andalusia Academy prides itself by employing qualified teachers.

It has 44 paid staff, which can be broken down as follows:

  •  16 part-time teachers
  •  17 support staff

The school also has a number of volunteers that are being supported to formally enter the education sector by acquiring knowledge and experience with us inshaAllah.

I have worked at AAB for 3 years. Previously, I have been the Yr5/6 teacher. I really enjoy helping children to be independent learners improving their self-confidence and celebrating their achievements. I really love to do active things such as cycling, traveling and exploring in natural environments.

I have been working for Andalusia Academy since March 2020 as a Reception Class Teacher. The main thing I enjoy about my role is being able to see how quickly the children develop their learning skills and seeing the impact I have on children’s first experiences of school. An interesting fact about myself is that I also work at an exotic animal sanctuary.
